Who we are

Bedford Auto Panels, Unit 6-7 Alexa Court, Aston Road, Bedford MK42 0LW. If you have any questions about your information, email workshop@bedfordautopanels.co.uk or call 01234 217338.

What we collect

When you use our contact form we receive the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details, your message and any photos you attach. We also record the date, time and IP address of the message to help prevent spam.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, provide a quote and carry out any repair you ask us to do. This is necessary to deal with your request (legitimate interests, and steps before entering into a contract). We do not sell your information or use it for marketing.

If you ask us to deal with an insurance claim, we may share relevant details with your insurer, with your agreement.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Records of work carried out are kept for as long as we need them for warranty, accounting and legal purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Contact us using the details above. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
